These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website browiebrows.bg and the services provided by:

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us. A booking request submitted through the website does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive a confirmation email.

• ◆You must provide accurate contact information when making a booking.
• ◆Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled session.
• ◆If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as a no-show.
• ◆We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary and will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change. To ensure our schedule runs smoothly and other clients are not affected, we require the following notice for cancellations and reschedules:

• ◆48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
• ◆Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• ◆To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@browiebrows.bg or via WhatsApp as early as possible.
• ◆Repeated late cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and offer the earliest available alternative slot.

4. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice. We take no-shows seriously as they affect other clients who could have used that appointment slot.

• ◆Clients who do not attend without notice may be charged a no-show fee.
• ◆After a first no-show, a prepaid deposit may be required to secure any future bookings.
• ◆Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Patch Test Requirement

For the safety of all clients, a patch test is required before certain treatments:

• ◆A patch test is mandatory for all new clients booking permanent makeup procedures (including microblading and related treatments).
• ◆The patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• ◆If you experience any adverse reaction to the patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and no charge will apply.
• ◆Failure to attend a scheduled patch test without notice may be treated as a cancellation.
• ◆By proceeding with a treatment, you confirm that your patch test result was clear and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or allergies.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for services are made in full at the salon on the day of your appointment. We do not currently collect payment online through this website.

• ◆Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your appointment.
• ◆Prices are as displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• ◆Where a deposit is required (see cancellation and no-show policies), this will be agreed upon at the time of booking and deducted from your final balance.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Browie Brows by Viktoria Nikolova reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in the following circumstances:

• ◆The client has a skin condition, allergy, or medical history that makes the treatment unsafe.
• ◆The client has not completed a required patch test.
• ◆The client displays behaviour that is aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful toward staff.
• ◆The client is under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• ◆There is reasonable doubt that the treatment would produce a safe or satisfactory result.

Where service is refused for safety reasons, we will advise you of the concern and, where possible, suggest an appropriate alternative.

8. Liability

We take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our treatments. However, the following limitations apply:

• ◆We are not liable for adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
• ◆We are not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from treatments where the client has not followed pre- or post-treatment care instructions.
• ◆Results from permanent makeup treatments (such as microblading) vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• ◆We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to "BROWIE BROWS" EOOD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
